Membership

Membership packages to the Project Anime conference are open to individuals who work with anime conventions and/or conventions featuring anime (i.e. anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture.)  While a number of partners in the conference are invited in advance, there are a limited number of open seats at the event for others wanting to be involved.

Membership sales will open on March 1, 2012.

ALL INCLUSIVE CONFERENCE PACKAGE
$1750 Per Person includes the following:

  • One Conference Badge (granting access to all round table discussions, panels, and presentations.)
  • Round-trip (coach class) airfare from anywhere in the Continental U.S.
  • Up to (6) room nights at the J.W. Marriott in Downtown Los Angeles checking in Tuesday (June 26th) and checking out Sunday or Monday (July 1st or 2nd.)
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the event.
  • Opening Night & Closing Night Reception at the event.
  • Transportation to and from LAX to the J.W. Marriott.

STANDARD CONFERENCE PACKAGE
$350 Per Person includes the following:

  • One Conference Badge (granting access to all round table discussions, panels, and presentations.)
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the event.
  • Opening Night & Closing Night Reception at the event.
  • An All-Inclusive Four Day Pass to Anime Expo® for Project Anime Attendees. *

ATTENDEE ONLY CONFERENCE PACKAGE
$45 Per Person includes the following:

  • One Conference Badge (granting access to all round table discussions, panels, and presentations.)

    • Pick up your badge before everyone else at the Industry check-in counter
    • Enter the exhibit hall one hour before opening to the public on Friday June 29th AND get front-of-line privileges June 30th – July 2nd
    • Preferred seating and front-of-line privileges to all panels (does NOT apply to autograph sessions). NOTE: There are a limited number of seats set aside. In order to best take advantage of this offering, you must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the panel. If you arrive anytime after that, you will be escorted toward general attendee seating. No exceptions.
  • (1) Main Event* ticket to the performance of your choice (does not include events that have become sold-out). VIP Access included. Although the ticket is free, you must manually add the ticket onto your registration once ticketing for the event you wish to attend becomes available.
